The people behind
the scaffolding.
TMS Construction & Project is a Mossel Bay building team working across the Garden Route — structure, roof and finishes, handled by the same contractor.
Started on the tools. Still on the tools.
TMS Construction & Project grew out of hands-on trade work in and around Mossel Bay — brickwork, roofs and plaster, done for neighbours, then for their neighbours. That is still how most of our work arrives.
Today we run full residential and commercial projects from 2 Alhof Drive in Fairview: new structures, extensions, roof restorations and interior finishing. What has not changed is that the people who quote your job are the people you will see on site while it is being built.
- Based in Fairview, Mossel Bay. Working across the Garden Route and surrounding towns.
- Residential and commercial. Homes, additions, walls, roofs, shops and outbuildings.
- Own trade teams. Bricklayers, roofers, plasterers, painters and tilers.
Exterior plaster · Mossel Bay
Five steps, no surprises.
The same sequence on every job, whether it is a boundary wall or a double-storey addition.
Site visit
We come out, measure up and talk through what you want done and what the property actually needs.
Written quote
Scope, materials, labour and timing in writing, so you can see exactly what is included before you commit.
Materials & dates
We confirm the build dates, order materials and arrange access, deliveries and any equipment the job needs.
Build & supervise
Work runs to the agreed sequence with someone responsible on site and regular feedback to you as it progresses.
Snag & hand over
We walk the job with you, fix what is on the list, clear the site and hand it back clean.
Four things we will not cut.
Work that is set out right
Level, plumb and square before anything goes up. Everything after that depends on it.
Pricing you can read
An itemised quote up front, and a conversation before anything changes it.
A site that is looked after
Materials stacked, access kept clear and the property treated like someone lives there.
A proper hand-over
Snags closed out and rubble removed — the job is done when you can use the space.
Setting out · New residential build
The crew you meet is the crew that builds it.
Our teams are made up of tradespeople who have worked together long enough to hand a job from one trade to the next without losing a week. Bricklayers finish so the plasterers can start; plasterers finish so the roof and paint teams can move in.
Someone is accountable for your site every day it is open — for the sequence of work, for the state the property is left in each evening, and for telling you straight away if something on the ground changes the plan.
Let’s look at your project together.
